Payment Options​

I accept PayPal and debit or credit card payments. 

To buy the handmade doll you like, please follow these instructions: 

1. Add to cart 

2. Click 'Check out with PayPal'

3. Choose 'Pay with debit or credit card' or login to your PayPal account

Happylabtoys shop will never receive your credit card information.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fee is $15 for one doll to any country of the world

excluding Australia and Asia (where shipping fee is $20).

Express shipping fee is from $25 (per item) to any country of the world.

Please note, I don't ship to Russia and Belarus.

Estimated Standard Shipping Times​

UK and EU countries: 3-4 weeks.

United States: 3-4 weeks.

Canada: 3-4 weeks.

Middle East and Asia : 3-4 weeks.

I send the parcels via Ukrainian Registered Air Mail from Ukraine and they'll be delivered to you by your national postal service (USPS/UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.)

Express shipping is carried out by UPS company

Returns & Exchanges

​I gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Conditions Of Return

​Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
